My wife and I have been involved with Carol with the sale of three properties (2015 condo, 2016 condo and 2018 farm in Carroll County) none of which was an " easy sell". From day one on each property, Carol was in the market with advertising which included numerous photos plus items that provided a great description of each property. They all sold to our satisfaction!

Carol is exactly the person you want to help with real estate. She is calm, friendly, kind, and always on top of things. She helped me with sales of my house and a rental house in Salem. She guided me through what needed to be done (or not) to ready my properties for sale. Her experience made her specific and knowledgeable. In the case of my rental property, I was living 3 hours away, and she took on many tasks of scheduling and checking work at that house. Both properties sold in just a few days. She is the best, as far as I am concerned.
